Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Download Nature

Due to the immediate access and digital nature of downloadable study resources (PDFs, docs, zipped material), all completed sales are generally final and non-refundable once the file link has been accessed or downloaded.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment processed due to a technical error.
• The downloaded file is corrupted, unreadable, or missing critical content, and our support team cannot provide a working copy within 48 hours.
• The purchased resource differs completely from its title and listed description.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase with your transaction details and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method via PayFast within 5 to 10 business days.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders for digital items cannot be canceled once payment processing is complete and download access is granted. If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase, please contact support for immediate assistance.
